What does excellent customer service look like? Is the customer always right? I would beg to differ with the common phrase we have all heard. Excellent customer service happens when a customer presents his request to a person who is knowledgeable in his field and together they come up with a plan or product that is exactly what the customer wants. There is a relationship that develops through the process and both parties find satisfaction, one as a customer whose needs are met and the other as a service provider using his skills in a productive way.
